NO TO EPOXY OR PAINT

Look for garage floor mat coverings, do not go with the paint or epoxy options, they do not allow concrete to breath and need lots of care and need to be redone now and then, and they are very hard to install (vapors, chemicals) compared to garage floor mat covings.
All the choices for garage floor mats, matting or covers are great. All made from PVC or Vinyl, all look great and serve the purpose of adding great looks as well as protection. We all have our own preferences; some like the black and white checker board look (racing look) and that is what is important the them. Tile mats will work fine and do a good job for you. Some insist on “no” liquids on the cement floor! No problem, the Roll mat will work great for them. You can see that they are all good products and they are all made with quality and superior material and they will probably last longer than the concrete or garage. This is an investment in your garage and will really not cost as much as you think, try calculating the cost of the mat over the life of your garage and see what you get. Don’t forget the traditional Garage Floor Mat these can be laid on top of your “subfloor” mats, tiles, rolls. A great way to get fatigue relief, comfort, extra footing, cleaner feet with better scraping. These would be obviously smaller mats and would lay in strategic areas, such as right in front of the door before you enter the house, right outside your car door (don’t drag debris and liquids in your car). You can even use some of the mats (Airomat) on top of the table, on shelving, in draws or box/containers.
